Coram Boy was a smash hit at London's National Theatre in both 2005 (its opening year) and a bring-back in 2006.It transferred to Broadway in May 2007.
Coram Boy's score was Adrian's first work for the stage, and was a central pillar of the production. It drew partly on George Frederick Handel's 'Messiah' and 'Theodora, and featured a 20-strong SATB choir, 7-piece live orchestra and backing tapes..
